This is the list of commonly asked questions. If your question is not in this
list, please click here. 1.What
is the overall quality of products (any known brands)?
Quality of the products is very good and we have quite
a few known brands. Our ping pong tables are Prince, which is most
recognizable name in ping pong industry. Billiard tables are Minnesota Fats,
again, most recognizable in billiards. Electronic dartboards are made by
Arachnid, which invented electronic dartboards. They have their trademark
red, black and yellow spider face plate. Very popular are our air hockey and
foosball tables. In air hockey we have Goal Flex Technology, that has no
equal on the market. And furniture that we sell is made in the same
factories as Thomasville furniture.
2.Can you tell me more
about the shipping and delivery?
Most of the products that we sell will be shipped
freight due to the size and weight. It is curbside delivery only. Which
means that a buyer is responsible for taking the item into their home. This
may require help from a few people based on the weight (some billiard tables
that we sell weight close to 800 pounds). Freight company that we use also
offers lift gate service, which will ease a table down to the curb and they
offer inside delivery also. With inside delivery the driver will take the
table just inside the house or garage on a first floor. Lift gate service
cost is $50, while inside service is another $50, in addition to the
shipping cost. These services are optional and will be presented during the
checkout process. There will be three options for shipping cost in checkout;
First one is only shipping cost. Second one is shipping + lift gate service
(+$50). And third one will be shipping + inside
deliver (which of course includes lift gate service)(+$100).
If the item has a same shipping price for all three delivery options, it
means that freight delivery is not used, but other means (UPS, Fedex etc.),
and usually applies to lighter items. Approximate delivery time is two
weeks, if the item was in stock when ordered.
3.Do you offer any
warranty for products?
All of our tables and games have one year warranty for
parts and defects. Customer service number for warranty related questions or
issues is 800-423-3220, which is on the outside of all of our products.
4.What payment types
do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discovery and Amex. In
case other payment types are preferred (checks, cash etc.), contact us at
sales@etablesports.com,
and we'll discuss the details.
5.Can I return a
product?
Yes. We charge 25% restocking fee, because of the
product size and weight, and efforts needed to handle those kind of
products. Shipping cost back to our warehouse is also a responsibility of
buyer.
